Solid thick metal. A little difficult to install.
The product is very sturdy. Much thicker metal than original truck bed clamps. It was a little hard to install. No need to cut the spring to twist on the base. Just keep working it and it will turn and lock into place. Just be sure to notice the curve corners to ensure you are twisting properly. Once installed they have no chance of loosening.I like the fact I can adjust the location when needed.I do think the price is too high for just metal.

Fits the utilitrac for 2015 Frontier perfectly
They weren't hard to install, a little challenging to move them once put in place, but very sturdy.

Expensive but worth it
These tie-downs are not inexpensive; however, they were well made and fit the track in my Titan pick-up very well. I would recommend them to anybody. The nut for tightening requires an an allen wrench that is supplied and easily purchased if need be at any hardware store.

Less expensive than dealer hooks. Nice finish.
Nice finish and they fit my Nissan's utility track rails just fine. Wrenches were provided each hook which is nice to have a few extra in case you lose one in the grass. Though, the wrenches don't have much play on the short length, when you want to really tighten them down.

These ARE the hooks you've been looking for
Just finished installing these on my 2013 Nissan Frontier and they look GREAT! As I was prepping the first one, they recommend to pull the spring out a little if needed. I must have pulled a little too hard because after I was done tightening, i saw the spring had fallen off and was sitting by itself in the slide rail.... oops. I tried to snap it back on, but no luck. If this happens to you, it's not the end of the world, you just have to hold it with your finger in the back so you can screw on the hook part. The remaining 3 i made sure to hold the spring down hard before gently pulling on it with the other hand. Installation: put the track nut into the slide rail sideways, turn clockwise looking down from the outside of your truck, use your finger to tighten the hook on just enough that you can move it where you want, and then finish with the allen wrench. Super simple, strong sturdy product. Hooks from Nissan are about $50 each, so $115 for a pack of 4 is well worth it. This is what you are looking for, trust me.

This is exactly what your looking for
If you own a nissan frontier truck this is a must buy for you. I have a 2019 SL 4x4 and this work perfectly with the built in utilitrack system. Dont overpay at the dealership. The only downside I would say is that the spring is a little too long, it still works fine, but it does require some effort to get it on the track. Once it is on the track it would be difficult to slide it to the very center, it can be done, but it is a pain in the rear. Most of the time I imagine I will have the hooks on the outward most part of the track anyway, and therefore shouldnt be a big problem. If your on the fence you should definitely buy. (note: I believe they are made of steel, and therefore I would probably take them off after each use to avoid rust. Also, the utilitrack system is only made out of aluminum so these hooks are actually stronger than the tracks, so beware of over tightening and such) . Have fun!

Great cletes for Nissan UniTrak
I usually only use bungee cords or carabiner clips to hold/tie down in the truck.. These work great for that, better that the large tie down cleats that Nissan sells..

Very high quality tie down anchors!
Very easy to install, and extremely strong! I bought some cheap anchors as well, and these are far superior to the cheap ones. If I was doing it again, I would not have purchased the cheap ones.
