Smell is kind of strong
I like the smell of this but I wonder if it is too strong for the dog. My dog just had stitches in his face and was given a collar with a pocket for a calming patch by the vet. The vet recommended patch was hard to find, so I tried this one. It's a cute heart shape. If your collar came with a plastic square, I believe you stick the heart to the plastic and slide it into the pocket. My dog doesn't seem to be bothered by it. How much of a difference it is making I am not sure but he has been calm with the cone on.

Too expensive for only 1 scent pad but it does calm my dog.

Made my boy a happy camper after surgery
I was hesitant about this collar and calming patch after my dogs surgery. The cone they gave him at the vet clinic was awful and he hated it and kept taking it off, so I took the leap and it has helped him sooo much!! He’s resting and healing even with the cone on!! I will be purchasing these refills after and I want to try the collars too!
