Rice is light, easy to digest, good for puddings and blends well with various proteins
This rice is light, fluffy and easy to digest. My spouse loves this.. It can also be used in rice pudding dishes. I've mixed this rice with green pesto sauce and sardines that are very healthy, and it helps take the nasty sardine taste away.

Great for dosa!
Used this rice to make dosa. Flavor and texture were spot on!

Strong Mold smell when it becomes wet.
I have purchased this several times with no issues. This time, as soon as I rinsed the rice a strong mold smell came from it. I rinsed several times. The smell came back while the rice was cooking. It is so strong we are afraid to eat it. There is no return option and I just opened it.

Never again!
I received two bags of this rice and it arrived not as rice kernels but as a rock hard block of rice. I will never buy this product again. It cannot be returned either.
