First of all let me say, I don’t write many reviews. But when I do, it’s because I feel very strongly about a product. I bought this product as it was a suggestion to go with the long handled grout brush I was buying. And it was $10-ish, so I said, why not?GAME CHANGER!!!! My 400 sf of tile was super clean in about 30 min! Just squirt it on, watch it bubble, then give a little scrub and wipe clean. I used a mop of clean water.Be prepared, this stuff gets dirt out that you didn’t know was there! Floors were so clean.Fumes are a little strong, so have a fan on. But it’s not as strong smelling as Clorox clean up.

I’ve tried a handful of grout cleaners over the years, but Zep Grout Cleaner and Brightener really impressed me. It comes in a 32-ounce bottle and has a powerful formula that actually works. I used it on the tile floors in my kitchen and bathroom, and the difference was night and day.The cleaner lifted old, set-in stains from the grout lines without much effort. I let it sit for a minute or two, scrubbed lightly with a brush, and then rinsed. The grout went from dull and dirty to noticeably brighter and cleaner. It didn’t have an overpowering smell, and it was easy to apply directly from the bottle.Just a heads up...this isn’t a spray-and-walk-away type of product. You do need to scrub a little to get the best results, but it’s totally worth it. I also recommend wearing gloves since the formula is acidic.Overall, if you’re looking to restore the look of your grout without re-grouting, this product is an excellent choice. I’ll definitely be buying it again.

This stuff really works. Tried it on my tile floors and was amazed. Tip: I used a medicine dropper to get it right on the grout and make it easier. Waited 3 minutes then scrubbed it with a toothbrush and wiped it up with a clean wet rag. It worked so well on the tile that I also decided to give it a shot on my front porch and I was blown away. My front porch was stained from red clay and I’ve tried everything to remove it and nothing worked trust me! I decided to try a small area first and then went full force! I decided to pour the solution in a bucket and then use a hard brush to rub it around. I did not have to scrub it at all just used the brush to smear it on, waited 5 min then used my pressure washer to rinse it off and was in shock! This stuff is amazing! The pictures speak for themselves!

I came across a video showing someone using the Zep Grout Cleaner and Brightener to clean a bathtub, and I had to try it. Since I live in a rented apartment, I’m always on the lookout for effective deep-cleaning products—and this one really impressed me.I started by using it on the bathroom tile, which had some water marks and buildup. Then I tried it on the faucet, which looked white and dull from heavy water stains (even though it's supposed to be silver). Finally, I used it on the tub itself, which had old marks from baths over time.It definitely took a bit of scrubbing, but the results were worth it. The cleaner lifted a lot of the grime and restored the surfaces much better than I expected. My bathroom looks and feels so much cleaner now.Highly recommend if you're willing to put in a little elbow grease!

This Zep Grout Cleaner works really well like, almost suspiciously well. My bathroom grout went from looking like it belonged in a run-down gas station to fresh, clean, and bright after just one round of scrubbing. You spray it on, wait a bit, and the dirt practically slides off with minimal effort. Definitely feels like you’re winning at home improvement.That said, and why I knocked off a star, it’s not exactly cheap, especially if you have a lot of grout to cover. One bottle doesn’t go as far as you’d think, and for bigger areas you’re probably looking at buying multiples. So while the results are great, your wallet will feel it a little if you’re doing more than just a small bathroom.Still, if you want fast, no-nonsense results and don’t mind paying a bit for the convenience, this stuff absolutely gets the job done.

I have a linen grout color in kitchen and in high traffic area it was looking dirty. I bought this cleaner with a good long handle stiff grout brush to work on those areas hoping it would be less strenuous and do what it claims. It works ok and did clean it somewhat but not a miracle solution. I used a product from DT called Awesome and honestly it worked really well and the results were just as good if not better and cheaper. Needed two so for $2.50 it accommodated large kitchen. Will not be purchasing this product in future.

If, like me, you're a guy, and an indifferent housekeeper, you'll find that things like bathrooms can get a little dirtier than you'd like. The grout in the floor tile definitely needed a cleaning. I saw this advertised and decided to give it a try. It works exactly as advertised. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that it's pretty toxic stuff, and has some level of acid in it, which freaked me out a bit. As per the instructions, I wore goggles, heavy duty rubber gloves, long pants, shoes and a long-sleeved shirt. I even wore a mask because it says it can be bad for people with respiratory issues, which I don't really have, but why take a chance. The bottle sprays out pretty easily so it was possible to get about as much as I needed, where I needed it. I rubbed it lightly on the grout with an old toothbrush to make sure it was sitting where I wanted it to, then left it alone for a few minutes and used the brush to clean it up. The stain came right off. It's nice when a product works the way it's supposed to.
