I have usb led, copper lights and i was wondering if i could plug them in to this to extend the run?

I would assume so, it extends all the standard signals including power within the USB connector, so it should work. If the run was excessively long there might be some voltage drop but I'm afraid I have no idea if that will affect your proposed use of them.
