Very good seasoning, used for baked chicken is absolutely the best. I use basically on everything. If you use too much it might be too spicy for some people but it is just learning how much to use, the taste is delicious!

My husband is from New Orleans and while home visiting family, we bought this. Came home to Oklahoma and used it on fish, chicken, eggs and shrimp. EXCELLENT! We used our one bottle so fast we were disappointed. Happened across this on Amazon and very quickly bought two more bottles. We will never use any Cajun seasoning but this one.
