I bought four of these products for use in bedrooms and I am extremely disappointed. The three biggest issues are: 1) The unit must be opened up and rewired in order to change any of the airflow settings. Brookvent charges an additional €40 per unit for an external, wall mounted switch or €210 for a remote control. 2) This unit is not viable for use in bedrooms as it makes an audible clicking noise every 70 seconds when the fan changes direction. The noise is made regardless of the fan speed. 3) Brookvent's customer service is very poor. They will not respond to emails. If you manage to successfully call one of their representatives you will be told to send the device back to their workshop at your own expense. I strongly advise anyone to go with an alternative provider.
