Look beautiful in my greenhouse. Lovely warm white glow
Pros: It was delivered quickly, easy to install and the lights are lovely to look at from our kitchen window - we hung them in a wave pattern across our greenhouse. As the baubles are made from a thick plastic, I think they would have fared better than our previous set that we hung outside (glass baubles). We have strong winds where we are, so our lights are better off inside. Live and learn!Cons: You have to be patient as they only come on when it is fully night-time - we have another device (solar fairy house) that comes on a bit earlier (at sunset).

Don't be fooled by the picture
OK, so there are a couple of issues with this product. Or rather, the seller/marketer of this product.1. The image of the large glowing bulbs is trick (or at best, selective) photography. I bought these expecting them to be roughly equivalent in size to a standard household lightbulb. That's kind of how they look in the image, right? Wrong. The lights are actually very close to the camera and the picture is shot through them, emphasising the background. In reality, the bulbs are about at best an inch in diameter.2. For some weird reason, the seller won't let you buy more than one set of these PER ORDER. I wanted two sets, so I had to wait until Amazon had shipped the first set before I could order the second set. Annoying, but I have Prime so at least I wasn't hit with two sets of shipping. When I finally had both sets of lights (although the second set seem to be unboxed returns), I tested them both and they worked right out of the box. The solar panels are about 2 inches square and can be used on either gound spikes or wall mounts, both of which are included (the wall mounts have screws and rawl plugs too). The solar panel box has two rubber-covered buttons on the back. An on/off and a Mode button. To test them, just turn them on, temporarily cover the solar panel (which doubles as a light detector) and the lights will begin to cycle through all of the different modes they have. Once you're happy they all light up, click the Mode button to select a specific lighting effect that you prefer. One last thing, they come bundled/wound in a way to reduce the size of the packaging, but man are they a pain in the rear to unwind/untangle. Or at least they were for me, you may be a knitter and used to dealing with this kind of thing. For me, I had to resort to chanelling my inner fisherman to deal with the resulting birds nest that began to unravel.I've given the ratings I have because although initially disappointed with their size (and what I felt was misleading advertising), the lights themselves have (so far) worked very well. They give a decent show, both in light quality/brightness and effect but as they've only been up a couple of days and (unusually) it hasn't rained yet in the UK, I have no idea how long-lasting they will be. My initial thoughts on inspecting them is that they're of OK/good-enough build quality to last at least a couple of years or so. Time will tell.

Smaller than expected
They are strong and sturdy but a bit smaller than the picture makes out

The most important is that it lights my garden
I didn't find that the brightness was a problem good value for the money I paid

Great lights
First thought I’d received duds … until I realised they are light activated ( turn on in the dark!) Great lights.

Bulbs are smaller than expected
Bought last month as a replacement. Works fine but bulbs are smaller than expected.
