Makes Lactose Tolerable
Love cheese and milk but inflate after consumption? This stuff stops that forever. I have a pill case on my key ring so I’m never without it.

Lactose Intolerance is not fun!
I discovered several years ago that my love for ice cream was causing lots of discomfort including diarrhea. My family doctor immediately recognized the problem and suggested Lactaid. I alway carry some with me and am careful to take one before eating/drinking any dairy product. Problem solved.

Very handy packaging for eating lactose away from home
Given how unpleasant it is for some of us to digest lactose without the proper enzymes, I rely on Lactaid to enjoy cheese and other dairy products. The packaging of these tablets makes them more expensive than a bottle of capsules. But then again, the Lactaid is only helpful if I have it with me when I am eating. And more often than not, I am eating at a restaurant, or at work, or someone's home when I want to indulge. One or two of these well-packaged tablets can easily be tucked into a wallet for someone who doesn't carry a purse, or a small purse for those who do. Having the Lactaid easily accessible when I need it is worth the extra expense.
