No hassle refueling at aid stations or on the move, pretty sturdy also, always take them for my long training sessions, carrying them on a short that has a long horizontal pocket or in my vest, they have fallen to rocks and debris, wife has set sharp stuff an metal on them on the kitchen, and they are still on perfect condition other than the yellow coloring that my hydration choice made them hehe.
