This product is definitely one of the better turkesterone products on the market, but there is barley any turkesterone in this product that your body will actually obsorb probably around 7.5mg if you take 3 servings a day!

And I paid a premium for this liposomal form since I wanted the best quality. In a nutshell, I did not notice any difference in performance, recovery, or any other benefit from using this product. Don't believe the hype since I've later talked to dozens of people who had the same experience, and only one or two that claimed it gave them more energy and more intense workouts. I wanted to love this product, but the only increase I noticed was the increased charge on my credit card. And another one to the useless and ineffective workout supplements.
