Good part. Worked as advertised, easy to install.

I shopped like a crazy person for something as close to the OEM stick as possible. Of course, these are 3D printed and not rubber like the original. I was fine with that, since the rubber that the original slider pad uses gets sticky naturally overtime because of their material. This new pad is a plastic material, but surprisingly has a bit of softness to it. It can get annoying if your thumb is sweaty as this plastic does not have as firm a grip as the rubber. It is also a bit smaller than the OEM pad, but it is not super noticeable. For what I need it for, I think it works perfectly fine and I don't have to worry about it getting sticky.

so im a perfectionist and i wanted this stick to feel perfect, thats why im replacing mine, the main piece, the circle pad needs to be sanded down, a nail file does this perfectly, on the bottom edges of the grey piece where the very bottom touches the inner circle of the new pad, it needs to be flush so that it doesnt get caught in the slightest. its very easy take ur time and it can be perfect, no lube needed, keep original washers, but for refrence i took off the first washer when putting it back together

Long story short, the internal component of this is the wrong size. The screw holes will NOT alone up properly because of it. Fortunately, the original one still worked and was compatible with the new circle pad itself.DO NOT BUY FOR A 3DS XL!
