I was happily surprised with the durability of this template tool. The metal is decent and it won't degrade if you leave it out in the sun. Infact, I haven't seen any plastic on this thing which will crack or degrade with age or use. The aluminum screws hold tight so you can move your measured template to where you need to cut. No more trying to measure angles or make educated guesses on where to cut. I'm expecting it to last for many years.

Great quality. Aluminum with clearly etched numbers. The knobs are metal and are 'taller' than some others. They are secure and easy to turn.
