Nice sturdy and dependable - Makes life more pleasant.
I've had this up for the better part of 6 months in Southern Florida now. It's faded just a touch and washes up nice with some bleach and a hose. Wet it down first though so you don't spot it all up. Scrub with a soft broom and hose it off. It's not intended for full time use and it you want it to be "Company" presentable, take it down shortly after each use. It's easy enough to do. I use it for shade for my small SUV and it makes getting in the car without the baking sun so much more pleasant. The tree helps as it's not 100% light blockage and the vent on top keeps the heat from building up. It made it through this year's summer just fine. Had some real gusty storms blow through and it stayed fast. Please ignore that it not completely straight as we could not put the guide wire/rope over to the block the next parking spot. Its dependable and I'll be happy to pay the $65 to replace the top when the time comes. This is a great take-a-long canopy and you'll like it very much - compact, easy to put up, sturdy and not fraught with sharp corners. We've had to tighten a couple of the nuts in the ceiling brace but expected that from the start like all pop-ups. Recommended for sure.

There Is Something To Say About Customer Service and Reading The Ratings
We read the reviews for this unit. We have a different 12'x12' already that we are very happy with but were attracted to the setup of this one and its 13'x13' footprint. The bad reviews all had the same basic problems listed; small canopy poke throughs at the corner in the setup, legs are not heavy duty enough, tie down ropes don't help... etc. We took a chance, because there were way more people pleased with the product than the few unhappy ones. We set up the canopy immediately upon receiving it and took extreme care in doing so. Sure enough, the upper (small) canopy had an arm poke through, just as we had read. That small canopy does not have reinforced corners like the large canopy does. We recommend a gorilla tape reinforcing on the inside of that pocket. The AWESOME GOOD NEWS is first thing on Monday morning we emailed pictures of what happened to the Customer Service people as directed by the Amazon System and within an hour we had a new small canopy being shipped to us. It came today. We will be doubling the canopy up, one inside the other and soften all corners including the one that failed with a small piece of gorilla tape folded into the pocket of the interior corners. We spoke to CS about reinforcing those corners in the future. The other complaint was that the legs were not sturdy enough to "resist a mild breeze". Well, if you would like them to increase the thickness of the walls of the tubes used, to be able to handle 30 mph winds the unit would now weigh over a hundred pounds and the cost would be about $500.00. No one would buy one!!! So, we took a set of conduits that we had lying around, and zip tied them to the side of the four legs, one top zip and one at bottom (see pictures). The last complaint was about the tie down cords being ineffective. All we can say about that is the unit is a center controlled pop up unit and the guide brackets at the legs are not meant to lock in as on most other types of button lock units. If you tie the cords to the bottom bracket of the leg when the canopy is set up and the wind catches the canvas and pulls up, the ropes pull down on that bracket and thusly are trying to FOLD YOUR CANOPY UP!! Tie the ropes to the top bracket (see pictures). Double stake the bottoms! They give you 8 hooks! Two for each rope! Who does that!? Don't be silly enough to think that sand (as on a beach) is sufficient to stake to. You have to use your heads. No don't stake them to your heads. You know what we mean (or maybe you don't and wrote a bad review after total failure?) We also bought some very nice 5# weights at the hardware store for 6.00 each to help with the very nice weight sandbags that come with the unit (they have handles on those sandbags!!). We are very happy with the choice we made in purchasing this unit. We had it set up for a week, night and day and had NO issues. Customer service solved the one problem we did encounter and did it very quickly. If you are willing to do a little extra precautionary work this canopy ROCKS! If you are careless, or not at all mechanically, or common-sense savvy you won't be happy. You should then look for that $500.00 to $800.00 unit that is stupid proof. Oh yeah, that's right... it doesn't exist.

Sturdy but Leaks
Pretty easy to put up and take down, sturdy and heavy duty. I waterproofed it right of way but the air vent will let in water with the slightest wind during a rain. Best thing is the overhang goes over our slanted tent enough to provide great coverage at the entranceway during a rain. It is a great canopy and still very happy with this purchase, would buy again and recommend.

Pretty sturdy
I have gone through a few of these in the last few years of varying brands. The vent in the top doesn’t so much let heat out but it helps withstand wind a lot better as we found on some recent trips to the lake. We watched others struggle with theirs as they blew away and I wanted to see how mine did. Much to my satisfaction mine withstood up to 20mph gusts or maybe more. I wouldn’t recommend it for constant winds or higher gusts but it works great for us and is super easy for one person to put up if you just take your time.

Loose pins/screws - lost several over the last few uses.
If I could give zero stars I would. I had high hopes for this tent but we’ve used it 5-6 times for my child’s games. Each time we opened it up, we lost a screw/pin it seemed. The last time we used it, several fell out of the metal poles as we were closing it up. I’ve given up. We didn’t use it for the first time until after the return date or I would’ve returned and gotten my money back. Save your money and buy the good Coleman one when it goes on sale at Costco. Very disappointing.

Large size canopy with drainage holes for rain!
I spent an entire afternoon looking at probably every single canopy on Amazon. Needed to replace our old canopy that got ruined in a storm. Old canopies cover had become brittle and was ripping apart anyway. Very happy with this one it went up easy and is obviously well made. The cherry on top is the drainage holes on the canopy for rain! If you ever had your canopy collapse because of rain collection you know that this is a good idea. We leave our canopy up all summer because we have no shade in the backyard, I'd say this one's probably going to hold up for a number of seasons. Also I like this one because you can buy a replacement top unlike our previous one.
