Nature's Miracle Carpet Shampoo, Deep-Cleaning Stain and Odor Remover

I used it on the carpet vaccum, doing a great job on cleaning tough marks. But the price is seriously too expansive.

I have used Nature's Miracle (original scent- UNSCENTED) for almost 25 years. I finally had used up my stash & had to buy more. ***All that Nature's Miracle makes now is SCENTED.*** Why??? And not just any scented- the scents are so overpowering that it is actually worse that the pet urine. *That says a lot.* I used the "new formula"... had to leave the house almost immediately because of the migraine headache the scent produced. Even with the door to the room closed, I could not sleep upstairs in my bedroom. Spent the night at a hotel. Called a steam carpet cleaning company so I could actually live in my house again. Fast forward to this purchase. Thought I struck gold finding the "original scent" rug cleaner formula. Nope. The scent is SO STRONG that I (and my husband) could smell it THROUGH the sealed container. No way so would willingly put that on my floor again. Returned it same day I received it... didn't want even the bottle in the house in case it somehow spilled. I tried calling Nature's Miracle to ask for any version of anything they make that is unscented. NADA. The customer service said they don't make anything unscented anymore... AND THEY HAVE NO ITENTION OF MAKING UNSCENTED (again). Huh??? I read through review after review on Amazon & elsewhere complaining about the strong scents now. People returning it, like I did. So, after 30 years of being a loyal Nature's Miracle customer, I'm on the hunt for an unscented pet urine/odor remover. What a complete decimation of a once-great product. Such a waste.

I really wanted to love this and I was so excited (I waited over a month for it ) but the payoff isn’t what I was expecting. After going over the pee area multiple times with a carpet cleaner I could still smell pee. I sprayed it way in advance w the solution to let it soak and yes I shook the bottle. After two cleanings. Pee smell still remains. The scent is great i personally just wish it was stronger. It’s a fresh lemon/ citrus fresh scent. Not chemicals. That’s great. I even used it on carpet that was not soiled and it didn’t seem to get much dirt out so it’s not a deep cleaning product.

So, I have had two dogs for years and just rescued a third (she was left in a grassy area after she had puppies... GASP!). One of those dogs is a senior citizen who has accidents in my totally carpeted house. Well, I thought the shampoo that came with the shampooer was good... but this stuff??? First, it smells good. It doesn't just mask the odor, though. After shampooing my carpet, my house had a freshness I haven't experienced in a WHILE. I HIGHLY recommend this product!
