I have tried two bottle of Irish Sea Moss. It took it a while for the effects to kick in once it did I was was really happy. My energy levels begin to increase. I can no longer take stims for the energy boost I need. I would take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It seemed to work better for me that way. I have asthma. It seemed to help to get rid of extra mucus and help somewhat with my breathing. I have a slow metabolism it helped in that area as well. As far as weight loss my diet wasn't the best so I can't comment on that aspect of it. Overall its a good overall health product to take. I would recommend to anyone who wants to geive it a try.
