I know people may be skeptics on grounding but we are made of electricity so the concept does make sense. A few months ago I had actually thought about grounding my bed with a wire to the ground, having the wire come down my second story balcony into the ground and somehow connecting the other end of the wire to aluminum foil that I can touch while sleeping. I was figuring out how to do this when I came across an ad for a grounding sheet. When I saw it was connected to the ground of the electrical system of the apartment, I was so happy because I realized, since the electrical system is grounded, then this grounding sheet must work to ground me during my sleep without having to go out of my way and open holes in the wall for the cable and having it dangle down my balcony and into the earth.Coincidentally, the last few months before I bought the grounding sheet I was tossing and turning the whole night, not feeling rested at all in the morning. I came across these grounding sheets/mats and I was very intrigued because I do believe in grounding.I bought the sheet (the slim one to put across the bed at my feet) at end of February 2024 and I've been sleeping on it for over 1 month. From the first night I started sleeping deeper and for the whole night. It has been a big difference. One night a couple of weeks back I was tossing and turning at night and when I woke up, I had kicked the sheet off the bed, so I realized my tossing and turning may have been due to not being grounded while sleeping. I bought some clips to clip the ends down so I don't kick the sheet off again and it's works to a point, just having to adjust the clipsoften is annoying. I will be purchasing a king size fitted grounding sheet soon for my bed to replace the small one I bought, this way I don't have those clips on my bed and can sleep without that issue. Then I'll use the smaller sheet to sit on while on the sofa watching TV or on my chair to work from home.I love these grounding sheets and have been happy with the results.

The media could not be loaded. Great concept, poor build. I used this grounding sheet for a week or so and didn't notice any difference in sleep, etc. I decided to test if it was really grounded, it wasn't. You can see why in the video I posted. I was able to fix this issue temporarily with a small clamp. I now want to try the sheet out for another week to see if there's any benefit from them "actually" being grounded now. I'll end up returning these regardless because of the poor engineering and find something better built if the grounding actually has any benefit.

The smaller sheet is just wide enough for a body to lay on. I'm 6ft tall and it only comes down to the back of my calves. It is not fit sheetfed. So it just lays on your sheets, possibly you can put it under them.Does come with super long cord, with can be a plus. Depending where your plug ins are.However disappointed with the size, it seems to really work. I work in the Oilfield, and have lived a hard life. I toss and turn all night due to pain and broken bones, soreness EVERYWHERE.Now it did cure me of course. But, I've had solid nights sleep. HUGE difference in pain relief, and the stiffness when getting up has gone down tremendously.I've slept on it directly for only 2 nights, with such a change. I was super skeptical, as I always am. I'm amazed it works.At 44 yrs old, that doesn't happen much.I might even try the pillow one.Hope this helps you

My husband broke his leg just at the knee in an accident and after healing, it was still stiff and ached. He could tell the difference after only one night. We gave one to a granddaughter who suffered from anxiety at night and couldn't sleep... she says it is helping. I'm not positive, but it might be helping me lose a few pounds too.It fits our purple mattress, the fabric is comfortable to sleep on and washes well on delicate cycle with low heat drying.We recommended it to a cousin with back pain and he is so grateful for the relief he is receiving. Highly recommend.

Maybe move is broken?

Love this grounding sheet. It lies flat at the bottom of my bed under the sheet. This is a subtle healing for me but I find that my pain from Lyme Disease is eased. Not a miracle change but enough for me to keep using.

Should have read the measurements better but this is just a thin strip that doesn’t even cover from one side to the other. Doesn’t stay in place. I’m going to try to find a whole sheet.
