Simply brilliant! This keto filini rice is a perfect example of how healthy, innovative products should be created. Don't get put off by the bhujia/broken-noodle look, the rice might be fake, but they've added all the right stuff and removed all the wrong ones. One of the few keto products that keeps my blood sugar steady and doesn't even get me out of ketosis (verified with bhb blood ketone meter and acetone breath test). Taste Tip: Just have it with masala curry (brinjal, cauliflower work great) and 50 gms of this can pass off as a good rice meal. Though 50 gms looks less, perhaps it's the added fiber in the product that fills you up nicely. High on protein too, with the added wheat and rice protein. The cooked texture is in between noodles and rice, but tastes very similar to a fibrous variety of rice with masala curries. Very neutral and satisfying taste. Great job, guys! Keep it up, several other so-called keto products with high carbs should learn from these guys. :)

Slightly misleading title as is not rice at all - or orzo. It is more like noodles - that being said, it is nice and fine as a low carb option.

Never buy this product.they are sending stale smelly product, yellowish in colour which should be white.they are just changing the expiry date sticker to fool the consumer. Playing with our health.

Loved the filini rice so much that I bought 3 packs back to back . They taste very similar to rice if you eat it with keto kadhi or any curry vegetable. If you can get to eat something like this on a keto diet, it’s a blessing. I must say that they made my eating meals so delightful and exciting on a keto diet. Highly recommend!! As far as the macros are concerned, all I know is I have been losing weight on it so the portion has to be accordingly so it falls in your budget. Wonderful product!!

Taste is good, cooking instruction on package is wrong. Priced a bit steep in my opinion. Good other than that.

It is easy to make this rice. Taste is also good, you can see the carb, protein and fat % part in the back side of the packet.

A low-carb substitute for RICE ? They are not exactly like "real" rice (nothing is). But we LOVE these little, fine noodles !!! They are reminiscent of small fine egg noodles, like the ones in Rice-a-Roni products. When eaten buy themselves, they have an earthy taste, but are great in soups and casseroles. If you crushed them up a bit more into smaller pieces, they would be more "rice" shaped. At 4g net carbs per 1/2 cup serving they are perfect for a low carb lifestyle. Cook instructions are accurate (cook to desired consistency), and 1/2 cup serving will cook up into a full cup (or more). Bottom line, we love them for what they are....very fine egg-like noodles....and would buy them again and again. HOWEVER, they are "currently unavailable." What's up with this, KetoLab ?? (4 star rating is due to pricing and availability, otherwise it would be a solid 5 stars for what WE use them for....noodles)
