Assembled the box with no trouble, the box seems fit for purpose So I am happy with my purchase .

I have had the storage box for some time, but after the very wet weather over the last few weeks I think it is now time for a review. It came through with flying colours. I stored mainly cushions inside the box and all remained totally dry, despite the very heavy rain. Assembly was a simple, single handed job. It was not too heavy to move into its final location. This was a two handed job, only because of the size and not the mass. Inside the box is a small partition across the short side which make it ideal to store small item, eg BBQ tools, and keep them separate from the cushions.

The aesthetic design is nice and it looks good. The assembly needs 2 people and there are a lot of screws to assemble it. But it was not difficult. Handle recesses on the sides help with positioning but there are no rollers to help moving it around, which is a pity because it is quite big. Needs 2 people. I was not happy with the lid - it twists when opened, because there is insufficient stiffness - even though there is as strentgening metal bar to fix into the lid. The only way to stop it twisting is to open the lid with two hands well apart. When closed you can sit on the lid (I suggest just 1 person however). Other than that I like it.

Package arrived on time and in good condition. All the parts were included and I only needed a screwdriver to put it together. Was easier with 2 people. The included instructions were a doddle to follow. The panels feel wobbly but once all together, the box is sturdy. The lid is easy to operate one handed which is useful. I replaced an old rotten wooden box and this gobbled up the contents with room to spare so lots of storage room. It's summer here so no rain yet but it certainly appears to be waterproof.

The individual parts are well machined & so easy to assemble. The metal reinforcing rods which slide inside the long side panels make for a strong frame. The lid hinges are substantial and easily raise and support the lid. We store all the cushions from two chairs and a two-seater sofa, plus a long bench cushion. Keeping them completely dry through recent rain showers. On my experience, this is a good buy.

I don't like how they treating the customers., they treating like a dog., worst customer service very worst and very very worst manufacturer..waste of money, waste of good time, waste of assembly time, functioning is total waste overall looks like our time is wasted
