I bought this glove not really expecting much out of it, it didn't appear to be abrasive. However, I was extremely surprised. I soaked in my tub for about 15mins in warm-hot water and when I went to town with the glove, old skin rolled off of me and it felt like I was covered in dirt and didn't ever bathe properly; especially around shoulder/shoulder blades and love handles area, it felt like the skin would never stop shedding off. Quite disgusting. Previously I used cloths, which in comparison, were useless. In combination, I have used the Bella***i brand of African net, with the knots, and I found it doesn't do anything for REAL exfoliation but it makes your skin softer. It didn't remove dead skin, but it does somehow make your skin soft. Combined together, I would say use this glove for ACTUAL exfoliation and the net for softening and cleansing your skin and back. I shed skin every 3 days it seems and I don't even sweat much at all. Because this glove exfoliates so well, when it is time for you to scrub your skin- you will know. How? Because, when you shower in warm/hot water, if you rub some area you'll notice skin pilling extremely easy. I noticed this is something that happens after I started to use the glove, old skin that has recently accumulated is much softer and easier to remove. I have also noticed this glove helps with acne/ because the bad bacteria doesn't have much old skin to feed on..My forearms and chest are is so smooth now. What you see on those "magical" adverts of skin rolling off, is accurate for this glove. Buy it confidently.

I paid for two and only received one. The product description clearly says there are supposed to be two. Not impressed.

I thought I was exfoliated. I bought and have been using African washing nets and thought they were doing their job well. I saw a video online of someone recommending this exfoliating glove and had to give it a try. I've been getting Keratosis pilaris on the back of my right arm after pregnancy and figured I'd give this a try. After soaking in the shower and using my regular doctor bronners soap I used this glove. I've never seen so much dead skin shedding. The bath was covered in skin flakes, I've never seen so much actual evidence of exfoliation. My skin feels a little dry after but I use shea butter and am so smooth after using this glove! Its a little rough at first but you get used to it and its not overwhelming. I'll never turn back and will order this for any girlie's in my life that need a good spa day. It's easy to keep clean, i just rinse after use and hang to dry in a well ventilated area. It drys fast and I don't have an issue with it staying damp after! Love this glove - wife of mat

This is my second time buying the Original Kessa Exfoliating Glove, and I’ll keep coming back to it! I have eczema, and this glove helps me gently exfoliate dead skin without irritation. It leaves my skin feeling smooth, clean, and refreshed without needing harsh scrubs or chemicals. My first one held up really well, but after regular use I knew it was time to replace it — totally worth it. If you have sensitive skin and want a reliable exfoliator, this is a must-have in your routine!
