I love the taste of Old Wisconsin Premium Summer Sausage. You can eat by it self or along with cheese or crackers. Very high quality meat, has great texture enough protein and not much in fat content. Well worth the money to purchase.

It still worked well for snacking and entertaining, but I would have preferred a larger portion for the price. I’ve bought this several times. Good flavor, fresh tasting, firm, not oily or salty like others I’ve tried. 100% natural meat it says & wrapping easily comes off. I enjoy this with white cheddar cheese & crackers. For me in Hawaii I find the cost reasonable.

If you like summer sausage this is perfectly spiced and fresh! Best summer sausage ever!

I used to be a loyal Hickory Farms summer sausage gal, and have used Boar's Head as well, but this Old Wisconsin brand beef summer sausage puts that to shame! This beef summer sausage is seasoned JUST right (mild), and cuts like butter and is lean and oh so tasty. I HIGHLY recommend this for your next charcuterie board! It goes FAST in our house, so you might need to buy two!!
