Thermojoe 14 Oz. Rechargeable Heated Smart Thermo Mug for Coffee and Tea with Temperature Control

ThermoJoe hit the mark. I am addicted to ThermoJoe as much I am to coffee:). I received the product in just 2 days. No more running to the microwave to reheat coffee or tea during Zoom meetings! The ceramic cup is easy super easy to clean (in less than 30 sec; I was quite amazed) and the perfect weight and size. The taste and aroma of coffee, which are so important to me, are also supported by the ceramic lining, compared to steel in other cups which alters the taste. The cup shape enhances the aroma of the coffee. The outer layers stay cool to the touch. The handle is easy to grip with the rubber slip on. The heating element is easy to charge. The blue color is cool. All in all, its a classy product, and nicely designed! It exceeded my expectations for sure.

It has been difficult to turn on, and sometimes when I get it to turn on, it then turns off quickly. On one occasion it worked, and I loved the concept.

I love that I can carry it around and the attached battery keeps it hot, no clumsy wires.I love that I can do my thing - walk away from the cup and do other things that take time -- sometimes minutes or sometimes an hour, and return to a hot mug of liquid. Keep in mind --it doess NOT keep it as hot as "scalding" for those who prefer scalding heat. For the rest of us, the heat is great.I love that I don't need to have a hot plate to put it on - so wherever I go, it goes - no problem.I love the size. Holds just the right amount.I love the weight - super stable.I love it's shape - shape adds to it's stability -very stable, AND fits in car cup-holder and stays hot, so... quite a mobile unit.I love the rim size when I sip from it - not too thick. It's like a normal mug.I love the feel of the enamel when sipping from it.I love the soft SILICONE top vs. hard plastic. It's FLUSH to the rim - yes! It's soft. Way better than plastic. It's also very secure. Every time I rinse the cup I mildly shake it, and turn it upside down -- and the lid stays on... totally secure. KEEP THE LID ON to ensure the liquid remains hot.I invested in fast charger which is def faster than cord it came with.Now that I know I love it, I'm considering investing in a second battery, but lately am realizing I prob don't need it as it stays hot for the time I need it, PLUS sometimes I can get 2 or 3 uses under one charge. I've waited a month to review - which was hard because I was so happy I wanted to review it, immediately. I thought I'd give it a month to make sure any flaws show up. The only minor issue is that it's a little bit hard to push the buttons. But I don't mind that because - they work. And having the buttons on the battery (vs on an app) is way way way better.

Lid is too flimsy, doesn't stay in place. Not sure why it isn't a hard plastic lid. Power button and temp. control buttons are cumbersome to use. Requires multiple attempts sometimes to turn the mug on and to set or change the temperature. Better than the travel mug but still needs to work better.

Love it, now that I figured the controls out! Make the instructions less complicated. Listing say this is 14 oz, probably it is, but right to the very top. Iuse my Keurig on the 10 ounce setting and makes a perfect cup! Would nut again

I tried this mug when I was considering buying it as a gift for a relative who jokes about getting stuck in zoom meetings so long that their coffee gets cold. I enjoy having warm tea in the evening when I'm watching TV so it works for me too. I find I need to keep it at a medium temperature setting to preserve the battery life for a few hours. That's not a problem for me, but the charge might run out fast for somone who needs their drinks to stay piping hot. Keeping the lid on the mug also lengthens the time each charge lasts.Seems easy to use once you read through the simple and well written instructions it comes with. After trying it out, will now go ahead and order one for my relative.

The design needs work, but I liked it anyway because it did a very good job of keeping coffee at my favorite temperature. Then it died on day 9. Amazon does not handle returns for this item, so you have to deal with the vendor. I sent email to their support address, but got no reply. So, unless you're in the mood to gamble on a quirky gadget with interesting potential, I recommend that you wait for an improved 2nd generation version.
