What is the difference in the sizes 11 c/d us and 11 d(m) us explain both please?

Look to the right of the Select button where you select the size you want. There you will see size chart,,,Click on it. you will get list of sizes US UK etc. SCROLL DOWN and you will see the letters for sizes listed with another column explaining size in plain english.

How is the grip on these in wet and dry weather compared to traditional plastic/rubber cleats?

Seems fine in short dry grass. Traction is not up to that of standard golf shoe but it is adequate. I would not use these in wet conditions. Advantage is that you can wear these as regular shoes.

do they fit true to size

!3 2E; normally FJ for me. these fit better support better and flex better than ~$175 FJ's.
