What is the expiration date znd are these 9mm or 6mm?

Not sure of the expiration, but the ones I received were 9mm, which is what I use. Tube length is also not specified, but the ones I received were 23", which is shorter than I prefer. Thought it's true that insets only come in two lengths: too long and too short.
