I developed hemorrhoids because of meds I was on. They wouldn't heal and were serious. I bought this to escape the toilet paper syndrome. If you got hemorrhoids, you know what I'm talking about. Paper hurts and is the best scratcher ever. But you'll never heal.This thing is fantastic. I've had it in two separate apartments for 4 years now. My hemorrhoids have been gone a long time now. I don't use toilet paper at all. I actually have to turn down the pressure of standard water supply. It's actually too much. I keep it at half way.But let's seriously think about this. I use my hand to assist in cleaning. It's as clean as a fresh shower. Something paper will never accomplish. Take a bucket of mud and throw it on your car. Are you gonna spread it around with a towel or go for the hose? Enough said. You'll never feel cleaner. Plus it's hundreds cheaper than a real bidet. Even the insert kind. Heated..uh no. But, I don't even notice it now. I keep small, dark colored handtowels on the tank for drying. Not that the dark ones are necessary. I know, because I put the white ones to the test. This is no different than how you would wash in the shower with the edge of your hand. And no I don't use them just once. Anymore than you would use a towel after a shower just once. You hang it to dry. One towel per person please. That is just courteous. And paper for guests.And if necessary, you crank up the pressure and can use it to assist as a douche/enema. And yes, it works wonderfully. I admit. All this takes some getting use to. You have been paper trained like a puppy. But, this is better. I'll never go back. The materials are quality. Approaching five years and no leaks.And yes, you still need to wash your hands afterwards. Even more so. But we all do that every time already.... right?

I am very happy with the quality of the piece-parts of this kit. All pieces are metallic, including the sprayer, which has a brushed-nickel finish. (No plastic parts like some of the other brands.) The kit comes professionally packaged with everything you need to install it quickly. All you need is a screw-driver and a crescent wrench.The installation went smoothly---no leaks, no issues. By turning the lever on the T-valve, you can adjust the rate/pressure of the flow to the sprayer to your liking. The push-lever on the sprayer itself gives you another level of control during use. Time will tell how this unit will fair in the future. I'll update my review if I encounter durability issues.Now, I want to mention two drawbacks that stem from the basic design of the kit, and not unique to this particular supplier/band:First, with the metal hanger (that the sprayer hangs on) placed on the edge of my toilet tank, the tank's lid didn't close quite right. This piece needs a more versatile design.Second, which is much more important, is that the instructions strongly advise that you shut the T-valve off after EACH USE to relieve pressure on the sprayer while it is not in use. The concern is that the sprayer will fail at some point, flooding your bathroom and causing costly damage! However, the position of the T-valve right under the toilet tank would make it a royal pain to have to reach it after each use to turn its lever off! Ideally, you want to set the lever on the T-valve to your desired flow rate once and then forget about it. And you can. But if you do, be prepared to live with the consequences of possible failure of the sprayer and flooding of your bathroom!

I got this because 1) I’m about to give birth and anticipate it will be helpful for post partum clean up/not using toilet paper plus to wash off cloth diapers 2) I’m (half) Asian and I’ve used them before- I know they are great if you have one of decent quality.My experience with this brand (Easy giggles)Simple packaging. Simple and easy to follow instructions for installation, plus tips on what do if it leaks/common mistakes, plus links to videos if you are a visual person (I did not use them though).Material was sturdy and had some weight to it- it felt like good quality metal without loose parts or cheap plastic bits. The metal piece you depress to open up the water flow seemed good quality, too. Everything fit nicely. I did not use the wall mount, just the toilet hanger. Make sure you have it oriented correctly.I used the PTFE tape everywhere possible- mine has no leaks.AAAAAND I did it all at 37 weeks pregnant so there ya go. It took me maybe 10-15 min to install (including figuring out which direction to apply the tape..)I’m very happy- seems like a good company that takes pride in its product. Along with a squatting stool, this makes my toilet a pretty luxurious place to let it all out.

Like the easy installation of the product. Could have been better if it came with some good visual step by step instructions for installation of the bidet similar to what is already provided for assembly of holder. The paper sheet instructions is still plenty if you know how things work.In my case, the bidet holder is not stable when set up under the flush cover due to the sleek design of the flush system. Bidet keep falling from the holder and is a constant pain in keeping it right when there are other important jobs to do at that point. 😃I will attach the holder to the wall and see if that will work since the space is little tight.I haven’t used any other tools other than a screw driver. All plumbing connections are tightened using hand and it stays put without any leak in the first trial. I am going to check back in a weeks time for leaks and will update my review accordingly. I have also adjusted both the main valve and the t-joint valve to medium pressure to avoid leaks or bursts. It also prevents unpleasant surprises during the clean up operation. 😃Overall I like the product and was much easier to install than I thought. Will buy couple more for the rest of the bathrooms after next weeks results.
