I was surprised at how well this worked, and how easy it is to use. This wand is worth the price.

Amazing
Was breaking out on my forehead and nothing seem to be helping. After using the high frequency wand in just 4 days, I could see an improvement. After a month now, my breakouts have reduced!

Be careful
I’ve purchased 3 different brands and always could handle the intensity levels. However, this one felt like I was going to shock myself. And I barelyyyyy turned up the intensity dial.

High Frequency Facial Device. 4 Blue Reactive Gas Wands.
The company states that this ‘blue’ light device offers the combined benefits of violet (purple) and orange versions of high frequency skin treatment devices. According to the company, this set “produces a new type of blue light gas, which is the combination of both Argon and Neon light gas” for skin treatment. Other than color blending, I’m not really sure of the inherent advantages of the respective colors and high frequency skin treatment. Further explanation is not addressed in the product details, nor in the product literature. However, online research finds: “In a tempered glass, high frequency electrodes generally appear violet if they glass is filled with argon gas, or orange if it filled with neon gas. While orange electrodes are wonderful for treating aging skin, scalp and hair, violet gas is great for not only the scalp and hair, but for acne as well.”It comes with four glass wands: “Mushroom tube is suitable for broader areas, the Tube is used for hair, Tongue tube is suitable for area around the eye, and Bend Tube is suitable for area around the nasal” region. They match the pictures in the product details, and seem reasonably durable.Operation is straightforward and easy. Select a wand and push it into the receptacle cavity at the top end of the handle. At the base is a dial. Turn it from the ‘off’ position, clockwise to initiate power. Start at low power, and test against your hand, gradually increasing the intensity (clockwise turn of the dial). When you find a comfortable level, you can apply the treatment to the target facial area.Note that as you increase the intensity, the buzzing sound will increase. The blue light inside the glass wand should become a stronger blue glow, as well. Nominal blue light is seen at medium power levels, with better color visibility at the highest setting. It is more evident in a dimly lit condition, of course.Attached are photos to show real world images of the high frequency device, with a ruler for size reference. I included a shot of an activated wand, at full power in dimmed lighting, to demonstrate the blue lighting effect. The product does perform as expected. The significant other mentions that high frequency skin treatment is offered at spa/salon, with some charging considerable rates. So, having the technology for home use is cost effective and convenient.Based on the initial impressions, this blue toned, high frequency skin treatment device earns a 4.25 - 4.5 star rating.

Pooped out, 2nd time using
Ordered mid March, used for the second time on May 15th & it completely pooped out. The unit I received can't keep a charge. I've determined it is most likely a faulty dial knob. The apparatus didn't have a strong current flowing the first time I used it either, but I assumed it was just a weaker wavelength. However, the unit itself now appears to be faulty. I'm a licensed esthetician and have used this equipment for years and am aware as to how they are supposed to perform.

Just as good as the $$$$ options
These are a steal! I had some of the higher end ones a while ago that were lost in a move. So I purchased these and I am very very impressed! I have not used the hair tool and primarily only use one attachment but my face is looking amazing.
