These pads are very sturdy and stay in place. Had surgery for hemorrhoids and these helped so much more than regular gauze. Changed my experience for the better.

The pads are quite large. I guess (trying to say this politely) if you have large cheeks these would probably work great! The problem for me (small cheeks) is they would not stay in place. I put some ointment on the pad and inserted pad as instructed but it constantly would slide out of position or fall out. As far as the strength of the pads they are made well and if I could keep them in place would absorb any leakage. Wish this company made a smaller pad.

They are wonderful but I keep forgetting that they are there and then I drop them in the toilet!They need a little sticky to keep them where they belong when you have to go.

Super helpful rather than toilet paper etc. The "tuck" tool is very effective surprisingly, huge improvement in symptoms not aggravating the issue and the pad stays on place even in the gym!

Comfortable and absorbs. I will continue to purchase this product.

These are not that great. They constantly fall out and they are not soft

Using this instead of B-Sure pads for occasional use. Just as absorbant and not some funky shape that is difficult to align. Probably need a little "junk in the trunk" to hold on place, but no problems here :pSomeone mentioned wanting an adhesive?? Ouch, no thanks! HahaWish they were cheaper. Seem expensive for what they are and can do without the tool. Best option I've found so far until I can find a cheaper alternative.UPDATE:I've found Band Aid 4x4 gauze pads to be just, if not more effective, more comfortable and less expensive.
