A Savage Betrayal

I must say I really wanted to kill cesare for believing her guilty, I wanted her to make him pay more for believing his stupid brother. I had a feeling it was him, being all creepy and nasty. I really hope he paid for making cesare miss three years of his child's life but hopefully he will make it up to her for everything he has done to her. Really love this book and will be reading again sometime but will have tissues handy next time. Great book, well worth reading.

The complex and vulnerabilities of the main protagonists created depth which made the storyline interesting. Their feisty natures and the rollercoaster of unexpected events added intrigue and was gripping throughout. A poignant, endearing and uplifting pleasurable reading experience.

I usually love LG books but this was just so dragging! Nothing happens until pretty much the end!Mina is treated like rubbish and the worst is she takes it all! She retaliates very few time and then gets carried away by the sex!I wish she were stronger like lg other heroines.Cesare is my kinda guy! Rude, confident and out for revenge...What was lacking also was interaction with susie and mina/ susie & hero and all the three together...And yes Lynne we get it that mina has beautiful eyes you don't need to repeat it in every chapter....Also found the repetition of words ie "whispered..." Very irritating.

This book is well written but for me personally I am not sure that many women would have put up with the way Ceasare behaved. So thats why I am only giving four stars.

I really liked this story. I felt that both Characters were strong and the storyline extremely enjoyable. Well worth the read. Recommended

Wow what a good book I love all of Lynn's books but this one had so many twists and turns to it it kept me reverted from beginning to end. I recommend it to start the new year with a good read

The “hero” in this book is just nasty and abusive and the “heroine” is utterly pathetic. They run ad campaigns about this sort of behaviour now - he doesn’t have to hit you for it to be abuse

As usual very good and I have read it three times now. Recommend this book and you will finish it in one reading
