Dr Pat's Pain Relief Cream arrived as described with no surprises, thank you. This is the 9 ounce size and it's good stuff. Contains 4 percent menthol like another product on the market that is much more expensive. This one works just as good. I've used both and I can't tell the difference except in the cost of the product. Dr Pat's is MUCH less expensive than a tube of the other popular brand. Literally 15 minutes after application, relief arrives. It makes the difference between tossing and turning or a good night's sleep. If you have joint pain or muscle pain this stuff works just as good as the more expensive brand on the market. It applies easily and it seems to melt into a very thin liquid that is easily rubbed in. The cooling effect is lasting and eases my pain again within 15 minutes of application. There is no strong smell lingering on you after application. No greasy film on your hands or the application site and your hands wash clean after application without any greasy residue remaining. It's not permanent relief but I do enjoy several hours of relief for each application. I wish they had this in a one gallon size, if I find that they do offer it in the one gallon size, I'll buy one. This is good stuff and I highly recommend it. A+++.

This pain relief cream is soothing, soft, and cools the skin and the ache and pain that one has. I have tendinitis of the ankles and they require a lot of soothing treatment after walking or standing. This is a very good choice for me because I have already had the tendons surgically repaired. However, I don't recommend it for pain levels beyond a 3 to 4. As all topical treatments go, the affect of icy cool does not last very long (maybe 5 minutes top), but this does provide immediate soothing when applied. I hope this information helps.

It soothes the pain from aching muscle not to strong smell does the job for the price I recommend my husband loves it.

it's not what i expected, i'm disappointed. the texture is very slippery and i only feel a difference when i cover the area. i was really hoping this was it. i'm tired of spending money on products that doesn't live to their descriptions.

I really like the gel formulation of the product. It doesn’t have that greasy feeling. A little bit goes a long way and works well. You get more for your money than traditional brands and as I mentioned above, a little goes a long way. When my wife first applied it on the center of my back for some petty significant pain, I she used an amount about the side of a quarter and it felt like it took take days to rub it into my skin.. From that point on, she would use an amount about the size of a dime on one of her finger tips It took a bit to rub in but it was enough and worked well in relieving my pain. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to anyone and have already done so with members of my family. I hope this review helps and I wish a pain free Happy New Year to all
