Got this cookie maker today, made the dough- and had fun. We have the gas stove- it was easy to bake, easy to get the cookies out, and easy to clean. You do not need to oil spray this form- butter in the batter is enough)) Light without being flimsy, comfortable to use. Size-wise- nice cookies. Recommendation- get a fool-proof recipe!

They worked out great, despite having no instructions on how to "bake" them on the gas stove top. I assumed they would go in the oven, so that was a surprise. Smaller than I expected, but they were actually a good size for a bite. They were easy to make, but burned a few as I experimented on the right flame and amount of time. Overall, pretty easy.

Excellent item- produces many delicious memories of childhood and also doesn’t leave any metal Particles residue. Other version from another vendor left many metal particles in my food so I was thrilled that the quality of this one is better. Yes the oreshki come out small but easier to eat more that way!!!

Made these with mom growing up all the time but since I moved to the States I haven’t seen them here, nobody makes them so I decided to buy the form and made my own. They came out good and delicious

When I've received the mold, I've been impressed by how low-quality it is. They didn't even laquer the wooden handles, and one of the handles had a major crack, about to split in half, so I've sent it back. The first picture for the item is misleading, it shows a 12-"nut" mold while in reality it's a 16-"nut" mold, and the "nuts" are tiny. The rest of the pictures show a 16-"nut" mold, and they are correct. The quality overall is much lower that what I remember from 1980s. That one had a thick aluminum frame with flat sides that dissipated the heat evenly. This one tries to use as little aluminum as possible. You can see it on the exterior pictures but it doesn't really register until you see it live, how many corners they have cut. But I guess that's all you can find nowadays. On the positive side, it had a kind of a recipe included. Not quite a recipe, just a list of ingridients, but it provides a starting point.

Really small mold, did not see the dimensions while ordering. It's made out of aluminum, but the Orzeszki came out delicious! I used my own recipe, not the one that was attached with the product

The item was delivered in time. Decent quality. Very light which is very convenient when baking. The handles don't get warm. The only one reason didn't give it 5 stars, because the "nut shaped" grooves are pretty small. My mom had a similar tool and "nuts" were much bigger (more filling)) and honestly it's not worth 43$, though i didn't have much options here)) But overall it's a great little tool which serves its purpose. The nuts/cookies turned out very delicious!

It was delivered on time, with instructions how to use it and a recipe for cookies, it was greatly appreciated. I have already used to ad it works like magic.
