Definitely worked for what I needed it for

I used the incorrect batteries, alkaline batteries. When it came time to replace them, they had leaked and stuck in the battery tubes. I could not get them out. I had to pruchase 2 replacement tubes. When I did, I installed the lithium batteries. I've been told they will not leak. I was thankful these replacements were available and they were priced well.

Needed a new battery tube due to me stripping the threads on one end and could not get the end off to retighten so I needed a new one. The original blind is over 9 years old and after not finding one on the company web site, trier here and found them. Now my blind goes up and down with new batteries and a new battery tube.

In their overpriced way. I like that they also include replacement plastic brackets in case you need them. The pricing is way too expensive, though. I ordered these because the inner blue film in the tubes stuck to the batteries, and the acid built up--blocking the batteries from coming out.The moral to the story is: Use lithium batteries instead of regular (my mistake) and you likely won't have to order these replacement tubes.

This part is replacing one that had a malfunctioning battery jam inside it. The original was from a different manufacturer, but the part is identical. While a bit pricey for a simple battery holder, it works quite well.

the product does what it is supposed to do.

Somfy is a very complicated system.I will recommend always to look for something different is you are considering Somfy.In my case this where not the right size for me.They look too big for my scope.

Works well. We have shades in a vaulted wall. The old unit died. I plugged these in and voila.
