How is this product 1 net carb? Please explain.

17 g total carb - 12 g fiber - 4 g erythritol (a zero calorie sugar alcohol, not a real sugar) = 1g

Does it need to be refrigerated after opening?

I haven’t refrigerated mine at all and am on my 3rd container of it.

How sweet is this compared to Nutella? I dislike Nutella because it's so sugary sweet that the flavor can't even be appreciated.

I've only used Nutella a couple times, due to allergies (artificial flavors). However, I'm not a fan of overly sweet stuff myself. In spite of this one being "dark" chocolate, it's sweeter and less chocolaty tasting than the Nekstella brand...that being said, I bought NutiLight a second time, because I did't want a delay in getting my product (ordered the other stuff on the 22nd of May, and it didn't SHIP until the 31st). The NutiLight is sweeter than I would like, but it's not sickeningly sweet.
