Scouting radios
Use these radios at Boy Scout camp and bear the crap out of them. They hold up well and battery life is good. Some limited range of terrain is not as open.

Used for Laser Tag
We used these for an intensive outdoor game of laser tag, and the range on these was quite surprising! For the price, we were impressed with the build quality, the battery life, the sound, and ease of use. It also comes with an earpiece (which for our style of gameplay, was very useful to have the stealth). Would recommend, especially for the price!
