Looks OE and it’s plug and play
Works fine as a replacement. This is the 4 th of these that have been installed onto the 2019 Flex Limited.The Achilles heal is the adhesive tape. That is insufficient to keep the part on in a 75 mph wind. The fix; added 3M red adhesive tape to the center portion of the part. Let’s see if I can avert #5!!

Fell off and broke
First of all, it's a pain to install. Not product fault, just a heads up.The double sided tape is horrible. Only held for about 2 days. It fell off while my wife was driving down the highway. It snapped in half too. I prepped the surface to ensure adhesion, but the tape it crap. Payed almost $200 for this price of crap just to have it fail within 48 hours.

Not a happy customer.
I installed this afternoon and went out to walk the dogs and it’s dark and The touchpad stays lit. Then it begins to flash. Turns off for a few seconds and then it starts to repeat itself. Iam going to email JDM customer service.Emailed their customer service and they are sending a replacement. Unfortunately I have to do the job all over again. I will review again once the new part is here and re applied.

It works but beware of the double sided tape
The panel works but beware of the double-sided tape they give you I would suggest buying your own that is more reliable because if you don't the panel will just fall off the side of your car even if you follow the instructions of prep the surface correctly it will still fail
