It is shipped through USPS, so you need to be patient and only count business days. Once it’s received, they really do test the DNA within two days. My kit was shipped right before the holidays, so all things considered, I was fine with waiting. It was a test for a family member. We were satisfied with the results and accuracy. I would recommend to others. Everything you need is included for the price. The instructions are easy to follow too.

Everything was so easy, got the results back within a week. Sent email with updates… I’m so happy that this exists, and I don’t have to go through all of red tape…. I recommend this company and I’m not a person to write reviews but this one was a must….

If I could give this O starts I would. I have tried to send this off twice and each time it tells me there's not sufficient DNA & I need to send $59 per person for another sample. I sent it the first time. This company is a scam. You can't talk to anyone. You can email but they don't respond. Don't waste your money.

I just want to say this product is awesome. Long story probably not short, my ex kept claiming my son when he was first born so it rose suspicions with my baby father, anyway time went on sometimes he’d deny him then say he was his whatever, then for 4 years a few people here and there that had issues with me would tell him he wasn’t his he was my ex’s and I finally just had enough because I knew it wasn’t my ex’s and knew he was his I decided to get this DNA test. Bad timing on my part of doing it around the holidays so holiday effected delivery so it took about a week to actually get delivered and then once it was delivered took 2 days to get the results and we are very satisfied with the results and he can finally have the reassurance that he needed. I’d recommend this to anyone! Cheap, fast, and accurate!

Put this in the Dropbox on April 6 (Sunday) it was picked up at 4p EST April 7th. It stayed at my local post office until April 12th. It was delivered to the sorting facility (PO Box in TX) on April 13th (Sunday). Received an email that they received the kit on April 15th around 1p EST. Received my results on April 17th at around 1130a EST. They operate in MST.Kit itself is easy to use and easy to register. Results come in a PDF document with the child’s and father’s name that you filled out and date collected. Paternity is either 99% or 0% - there is an explanation of the percentage as well. It is also signed.

They got the job done but call customer service for the new address they are no longer in texas. And it will be forwarded which means it will take longer to get to them. But everything was easy and perfect
