Good minimalist colour and size, decent material and thickness (quite soft), truly non-slip. It's quite obvious to see small dust on the mat, fairly easy to clean with a small vacuum. Can't write on it with a thin paper. Not sure about water protection but still holdup putting cold cup on it. Good value.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Long term review here. Ordered on November 3rd 2024 and its now end of June 2025. The mat is great, in looks and feel. But long term performance is a bit disappointing. A few months in it'll start to bobble before progressively getting worse and worse. To the point where I am taking a shaver and shaving the fuzz off weekly. If there was a way that the bobbling could be avoided it would be perfect, but that might just be an issue with the type of material with no avoiding it.

I saw another mat on here identical to this that was around £30-£40 and so was worried that this was going to be low quality because 1/3 of the price but it is actually so comfortable! its very well made and is perfect for my desktop. Keyboard does not slip and is quite thick so nice and warm on hands. Apple mouse works perfect and looks great on it, definitely well worth the purchase... and... I also got a free mouse mat (one of those silicone ones) so well worth the money :)
