This is a great and affordable vitamin. I take it with other vitamins that work well with it. I like it with a combination of vitamin d and magnesium glycinate. I think the quality is good and it doesn't have any unnecessary ingredients.

VITAMIN K2 IS A BONE HEALTH PRODUCT AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS BRAND.

I don’t know yet if this subtype of vitamin K really works as well as scientific literature says, but after I finish this bottle, I may get my heart scan repeated and find out. What I can say is they are average size coated tablets that are easy to swallow. I often have difficulty with certain types of tablets or caplets, but not these at all.
