Really impressive quality and value
I am a flashlight snob, or at least when talking professional grade lights that you want to rely on if your life may depend on it being functional under harsh conditions. Therefore, I have bought a lot of higher dollar lights from industry respected names in the past 30 years and seen a fair number that just didn't live up to the name or price. So that is why I recently broadened my scope to some lights and names that were relatively unknown to me.Wuben is one such name. When I saw one of their C3 lights on sale I decided to try it out, and it has been a pleasant surprise. There's a lot of capability and value in that light as I have found out and so I have also followed up with buying a couple of their others for my EDC.This T1 is one of those and I am so far impressed with it. The tail switch is easy to manipulate as is the overall size of the light with my large hands. Activating the light is easier due to the switch design and overall size than the other two smaller Wuben lights I have, but the trade off is in the ease of carry. The others fit in my pocket easily but this T1 is too bulky for that. If that is not a concern for your purpose and you want to pair it with a weapon for defensive use then I feel comfortable with recommending you give it a try.I have not driven over it, thrown it off a twelve story building, burned, froze, or done any other testing to mine, nor do I intend to. Constant use and all the stupid accidents in life will test this light very well as they have all the other lights I've had before this one, but only time and experience will truly tell the tale. I can only say that it looks to be sturdy, quality manufactured, has a lot of good light output options, and for the pricepoint is a great value for what you'll get.

Bright
Nice and bright and seems to be well built , will update on durability if it prematurely fails, depletes battery fast on high mode, the button is options are nice and having a usb c connection makes it easy to have a charging cable.

It's really bright
The metal threads are high quality and are fun to twist on and off. The simple to use button is very complex and it takes time to learn. The lens is crystal clear. My favorite part is that you can set the light output to low and shut it off and when you turn it back on it's still on low.Overall it's really well built and has way more light output than most people will ever need.

Careful if you carry into your Pant's pockets
There is a lot of good things with this flashlight. The brightness is astounding and the battery life is exceptional. I had difficulty switching between the Tactical and Outdoor mode because the instructions are not 100% clear. I finally figured it out and now I laugh because I should have figured it out faster, but I will place the blame on poor instructions. The switch that controls the modes is interesting to say the least, and works great. The only caution here is if you EDC this in your pant's pocket, you may find and uncomfortable feeling in your leg and you will not realize what it is until you reach to see what is causing it. Then you realize the flashlight has been on in your pocket for a while and developed a significant temperature rise. It was the heat causing the discomfort. In bending and twisting I was able to activate the switch and although I had it on the lowest brightness in Outdoor mode, I managed to push it to the next highest brightness so more energy meant more temperature rise. I think I am going to use the clip and clip it to the top of the pocket to prevent this, so this is something you should consider. It does throw a beam a long way, and I lit up the golf course fairway fairly easy in the middle of the night. There are no instructions on the installing the lanyard so if you have had flashlights before it will be intuitive for you. If you don't have experience with other that have lanyards, you might wonder where to start. The battery life is fantastic, and being able to recharge the battery from my laptop is a great feature. I have had this flashlight for 1 month and have only charged it once, and that was when I pulled it out of the box for the first time.Overall, I am happy with this purchase, and I hope it stands up to the heavy use I put my EDC flashlights through.

Had high hopes…
I had a lot of high hopes for this light. Bright, easy charging. I wanted something really bright after losing a Fenix PD36R Pro at work. I figured I would give this light a shot. The tail switch design was a different idea. I watched several videos on YouTube about toggling between outdoor and tactical mode. I tried for several hours and it just stayed in tactical mode. Had to be a defective light, without the additional lighting levels of outdoor mode this light was worthless to me. I ended up getting another Fenix with dual switches in the tail cap and returning this light. Bummed because it seemed like it had some potential.

Well, I think that the Wuben is better than other different brands of flashlights.
I am so satisfied with my Wuben flashlight now because of more powerful strobe for more protection and more self-defense. It is perfect. Thank you!
