Hba1c went from 48 to 42 in a few months, I tried to cut down on carbs and walk abit more but I belive this, chromium and gymnema played a huge part in reversing my diabetes. It didn't increase my appetite at all.

This product is excellent t by reducing my blood sugar, sadly I get very bad stomach ache and bloating so I had to stop. This saddens me a great deal, as I wished it dis not caused a problem for me. Sadly I am not able to buy this again.

I started taking berberine after my Hba1C went to diabetic level. I only used it for 1 month, due to the strong garlicky smell. I used to hold my breath while swallowing the capsules and it also caused bad breath. I reduced my calorie intake and lost 3 kg in a month. My Hba1C went back to pre diabetic level after 3 month. But not sure which one works because I carried on taking Berberine until now but different brand, that has no smell or side effect. The above brand did not cause any side effects stomach except for the bad breath.

First of all ,I have used the products of this company in the past.They were ok.But this product is truly awful.The usual brand, that I normally buy, was out of stock so I bought this . I know that the absorption of berberine is low, but other producers can address this issue.I falsely believed that the garlic and piperin ,chromium will help to improve the berberine efficiency .Well no, it has significantly increased my appetite .I read the chromium can increase the appetite for certain people, but seriously what is the point of such a product?People take this to lose weight, not to increase their appetite ...

Works really well even with 1 to 2 pills per day. Just need to give it time to build up in the body. Been taking it now for a month and it does wonders! Appetite completely gone, digestive system improved, feeling more energetic. Will order again!
