Love this tea. It works well overnight usually. It tastes wonderful and has henna as the laxative ingredient.Would recommend, Amazon's price is lower than any grocery store I have seen it in.

I love this tea! For constipation brew two bags covered and steep for an hour. I usually do this at night before bed. Squeeze out bags before removing. You'll have a BM by the morning usually. There's no cramping at all but it works pretty fast. Make sure your near a bathroom 6/8 hours after drinking. If your prone to constipation and just want to keep things normal drink 1 bag, steeped for at least 30 minutes every other day.

Okay maybe tmi but this is amazing ..just the night before and when you awake before you start your day it works.not harsh just a feel great day to look forward to

if you have a problem being backed up using two teabags steeping for 10 to 15 minutes is perfect and usually works within 6 to 12 hours. After trying many things this works the best. It's amazing!

Awesome! Helps me make a smoove mooove especially when I was constipated after my surgery. I took it in the morning around 9AM it started playing an effect around 7PM.
