Awesome product
Value for money. I carry it whenever I travel to tourist places. And watching quick news on youtube. Size is amazing that you can carry it instead of your laptop , to make hotel/plane/train bookings when travelling.

Product good, but service installation in Chennai not working out for me this time
Good tablet for the price. Volume of speaker seems lower than expected. Battery has a fair enough life. I had also ordered tablet installation services - but somehow the person never showed up. Everyday I got an email from Amazon saying that 'We could not reach you- please reschedule' . I kept rescheduling 3 or 4 times (even lost track ) then decided to go to a service provider on Richie Street Chennai and get the scratch guard glass pasted - then did the installation , set up part myself. There were one or 'missed calls' on my mobile on two of the days when the technician was supposed to have reached me, but could not get anyone on line by calling that no, - Also the no which the Amazon email gave as the contact for reaching for the service provider was not helpful, as calling the no never got a reply - some times it said that the person was unavailable , sometimes did nt connect - I tried a few times. Finally Amazon said that they will cancel the order, and give a refund - in case I dont want to reschedule. I took that option when I decided on this approach. I have nt checked in they gave me a refund

Why did you pick this product vs others?: ⭐ 1 out of 5 stars Biggest Regret of My Life – Please Avoid! Reviewed in India I bought this Lenovo M10 3rd Gen tablet in a hurry for my study purposes without doing proper research, just because I got a good deal. But honestly, this has been one of my worst tech purchases ever. The tablet freezes and restarts on its own every 1–2 hours. It's super frustrating and wastes a lot of time. The display quality is very average — fine for reading, but not good at all for watching videos or online content. Camera is extremely poor. It technically works, but the picture quality is so bad, it's not usable. Gaming performance is horrible. Even mid-end games lag and drain the battery like crazy. Overall, the device is only suitable for very basic tasks like YouTube or browsing. Maybe okay for small kids or elderly people, but definitely not for students or power users. I regret buying this tablet every single day. It has taught me a valuable lesson: never buy a tech product in a hurry without research. I’ll never buy a Lenovo product again. NOT RECOMMENDED.
