Thought I was nuts looking for door stoppers to keep the cat from locking himself in the bathroom.... but then I saw that other people were seeking it out for the same reasons. Squishy, but durable substance. Fits easily on door... comes off just as easily to keep the nosey cat out. Now he goes in to shut the door repeatedly so he can watch it bounce open repeatedly. (Yes, we give him toys.... he would rather pounce on doors)

Great product and solution for ensuring little fingers and toes aren’t slammed in doors. Also great for keeping little ones from locking themselves in a room, by accidentally closing a door. The best use for these though, by far, has been preventing tantruming teens from slamming the door!

A little bit expensive for pieces of foam, but they do work really well and certainly look better than any alternative or DIY solution we had tried in the past. They also can be removed and installed in a flash, and best of all they fit over a standard round door knob when not being used (we take ours off occasionally to avoid toddler intrusions). They are perfect for protecting little fingers from pinches.

I use this to keep doors open for my cat. They haven't budged from the spot I put them in, and they don't make any squeaky noises.

I like these, they are simple to use. However, storing them between uses is odd--they are lightweight so blow off the shelf, and take up a good bit of space (they are fairly large).Had to put them very high on door since grandson discovered that they are soft and fun to chew.

These work well if you're using them on the edge of the door where the handle is, but don't really work well on the back of the door where the hinges are. I'm concerned about pinching fingers there too, not just the front, and don't really see these being helpful for the hinge side.

Nice product to help keep my girls from slamming the doors, but they do break fairly easily. We are still using them even though they are slightly broken.
