So happy I ordered this. I was looking for something to help with physical therapy exercises and this one works perfect. It’s flexible and quality is really good for the price. I like that it comes with instructions that explain easy way to air up and deflate when not in use! Texture is smooth and seems to be durable. Easy to grip and the size fits the purpose.

Good quality, easy to inflate. I like the 9 inch size for exercises with ball between legs. Also works good for cores exercises. Great price too.

Easy to blow up, holds air well even under pressure from heavy squeezing. Fun and useful!

I was surprised to get the ball in a small box, and uninflated. As I do not have a pump was about to send back. But grandson found a straw in the box and inflated the ball using his breath.Perfect size for my exercises.

Update to my original review. The company contacted me and promptly sent a new ball. This ball I was able to inflate and it has stayed inflated. Great customer service. Thank you.My exercise ball does not retain air. The first time I inflated it, I slightly under inflated so I didn’t overstretch. The next morning it was all wrinkled and lost inflation. The second time I inflated to normal size. By the second day it was flat again. I tried one more time as the air is getting colder in house but still the same result. Unfortunately it is past the refund period.

My physical therapist suggested that I buy a ball exactly this size for one of the isometric exercises she gave me to do. It works perfectly!

This exercise ball is exactly what you would want it to be. It’s seeming to be very durable and the right size for most rehab exercise exercises. I mostly use it to squeeze between my thighs to activate those muscles when doing something like wall sit or crunches. It was very easy to inflate and deflate. I will likely continue to use it and recommend for others to purchase.

The item is what the seller described. Good size for some exercises. It is similar to the ball from physical therapy. A small booklet with exercises is included.
