I have this set up to auto ship every two weeks and am thoroughly addicted to the Blackberry-Cherry flavor. This stuff is SO GOOD that I have to resist the urge to drink it all day! I use two scoops in a shaker bottle and approximately 18 - 24 ounces of water, and then I dilute it with additional water as I sip during workouts. It mixes well and does not leave a weird aftertaste like some other BCAA formulas I have tried.

This tub arrives not even halfway full. What a total waste of plastic!!!!!! Fill up the tub or use a smaller tub. Do better!
