I'm 5'4 220lbs. Ordered a 2xl & it fits great. Ordered this after my c section in Nov. & its been helpful!

It was very uncomfortable fitting and I seem to never sweat with it.

This is the best one I've tried yet. Well worth the money as far as fit and comfort goes. I haven't had it long to review the results but hopefully it also helps my back pain, so far it's made it slightly worse.

I thought I purchased a large, so it barely fits my waist. But it encourages me to continue my work outs.I don’t experience pain, so I am unable to rate if it assists

the product is amazing !! I've been working out for the past month as I am taking advantage of ramadan month and the fasting. I am trying to shed at least about 20 pounds. I had a latex cheap waist trainer but it would always rise while I was working out, so I was on the hunt for a better waist trainer that would stay in place. After reading many reviews , I decided to purchase this product and the price was excellent as well. I have a short torso so, this product was perfect. I am 5 feet tall, 160 pounds, 45 inches around my butt but my waist is 28 inches and I ordered a medium !!! Fits perfect !!!!! I would definitely suggest that anybody with a short torso get this product , anybody with a long torso might have half of their stomach poking out lol.

I like it but I wished it was longer length so it can cover my whole stomach area. It’s kind of short length in with. It’s so hard to find one that fits perfect.
