Under Armour Men's Charged Engage 2 Cross Trainer

This my first pair of under armour sneakers ever. I'm kind of brand loyal, so I stick with brands that have never let me down (e.g. sketchers, nike, etc). I started looking for a new sneaker because my old sketchers, which I actually bought twice in a row, were getting a little... stinky and falling apart after just over a year of usage. I could, and did contemplate, buying my third pair. But they were also like double to price compared to last time, so... I started to shop around a bit, do some research on what is the difference between a cross trainer and running shoe, and what would be best for me.I was actually pretty shocked when I put them on the first time. They already felt great to use--no break in period at all, and they are super super super light. Its such a stark contrast to other sneakers I've owned, they feel ethereal.I won't hesitate to look at other under armour shoes in the future, and I'd definitely consider rebuying this again if the need arises (assuming it doesn't fall apart in a couple months)!

I bought this Under Armor men's Charged Engage (cross training) shoe size 8.5 for my teenage son, who needs a shoe with a stiff sole, according to his podiatrist. Per my son, the sole/shoe does not bend easily, which is what the podiatrist recommended. That was the main thing I was concerned about. My son chose this color. He uses this for school; he chose this cross trainer shoe since he sometimes plays pickleball on outdoor courts. He said this cross training shoe is heavier than his previous pair of running shoes. I believe court shoes tend to quite heavy so this shoe may be a combination of a light weight running shoe and a heavy weight court shoe...? My one complaint is the shipper/shipping; I wish it had arrived sooner. I ordered this on 12/27/23 and only received it on Jan. 23, 2024!!! Even though we waited about 26 or 27 days for this, it seemed like we were waiting way longer than a month because by the time it arrived, my son had at least two holes in his shoes as he is experiencing a growth spurt. I usually get my Amazon shipments by 9 to 12 days max on average. I had hoped to get the shoe a half size too big since he's in a growth spurt but because it took so long, it fits just right.

I use them daily in my cross training workouts. They are durable yet light. They give me support for heavy lifting but I can use with cardio. Love mine

I cannot even complain after buying them for a great price. It's almost a steal. Super comfortable and true to size. They feel stable and sporty, excellent for gym-goers.

I’ve been wearing these regularly for a month and a half so far. I’m a 27 year old male, athletic build, 5’10” 170lb size 11.5. They fit true to size. I go for medium distance runs in these, play pickleball, wear them to the store, and I never have joint pain or discomfort. They have a deep cushion that prevents impact on the ankles/knees/hips and back. This is my third pair of under armours in a row and I don’t foresee myself wearing anything else.
