Viet Way Rice Noodle Sticks for Pho, 14oz (3 Packs) (M)

I enjoy these noodles a lot. I usually follow the instructions in the package and they turn out great. When I want a soup I cook them and then add to a quick broth of whatever I have around. I like a broth of ginger, jalapeños, soy sauce, some bouillon and green onion for a tasty quick meal.

Great noodles. I used them in a stir fry dish, they were great. They were a bit sticky, could be how I cooked them. May try and add oil to boiling water next time. But love them, will buy again! If you are GF, you'll love this option. Haven't tried with pasta sauce, but great in stir fry!

These are a little wider than the restaurant pho I get but just as delicious. 7 minutes is the perfect amount of time to boil them. I made a big batch and added it to my soup broth throughout the week, worked perfectly

Not what I like, kinda sticky.

Got these because of the Covid quarantine and tried to stay home to avoid getting it. We like it and have already used all of it and I plan to reorder it again. Be aware of the thickness of the noodles before you purchase.

These are so good..perfect texture

Couldn't be happier with this purchase, after purchasing 2 different noodles from other sellers and being disappointed.
