Q: Does it come assembled I.e holder attached to tripod. I have had a disaster with Luxtude

No. The holder is packed separately to the stand but is really easy to attach. The bag that comes with the stand is only big enough to hold the stand when it is folded up ie it does not cover the holder. Don’t know why they don’t provide a larger bag, however this has not been an issue for me.

Q: Is there a hole in the bottom to fit the charger while using?

Not sure what you mean exactly but I use it for my iPad, the grips hold the iPad at the sides (not top or bottom) so there is no issue with attaching a charging cable when using the stand. The grips have gaps in them so it can also hold a phone and you can attach the charging cable through the gap. So should not be a problem for most if not all devices.
