I needed to increase the kitchen hot water pressure on a gravity fed supply. Before buying this pump I read all the reviews, and despite there bring some that were less than glowing, decided to give it a chance. I am so pleased I did, for the price it is excellent, the build quality is adequate for the job at hand, it works exactly as required, at a fraction of the cost of a bulkier unit. not super powerful, ideal for a tap, possibly not so much for a shower? Easily doubled the pressure for me. It comes with minimal pipe fittings, so these will be required, but that is to be expected. Tip, plan where pump is being installed, plan the pipe layout, applying some basic common sense, all the required fittings are standard, readily available from the likes of B&Q, screwfix etc. Installation should be well within the capabilities of a competent DIYer, nothing too complex, just make sure everything is good and tight, follow the pump instructions, especially for the flow switch and you should be fine. It does not seem to run hot, even after extended running, no leaks, in fact none of the problems mentioned in other reviews. Great value product, would recommend.

fonctionne mais l’interrupteur censé avoir trois positions est toujours sur ON peu importe la ou on appuie . j’ai donc du le brancher sur une prise munie d’un interrupteur, je n’arrive pas à joindre les vendeurs ni le service client amazon jai demandé un remboursement en espérant que le prochain que j'achèterai n’aura pas le même souci d’interrupteur car c'est bien le mode automatique qu'on espère utiliser avec ce genre d'achat quand on ouvre les robinets et non pas de penser à appuyer sur un bouton avant de prendre sa douche

Impressed by this pump given the price which is reasonable. It is a small pump that can be mounted on a wall with two screws or bolts. Water connections are standard 3/4 inch BSP, I used speedfit connectors which make for a leak free easy fit. The pump has a separate flow control valve which cuts off the motor when it reaches full pressure and is connected to the pump by a fly lead. Pressure is very good for a small pump (probably about 1 to 2 bar) and fairly quiet, you will hear a loud hum when the motor is running but all pumps do this and it is not disturbing. One very good point is that water flow is still good when the pump is turned off so if there is a power cut you wont have a problem. The pump has a 3 position switch. Setting 1 is continuous pumping, mid setting is off, setting 2 is flow controlled so pump turns off when it has reached pressure (i.e. tap turned off). Both settings are the same flow rate. When fitting it is awkward to screw the bracket to a wall because the pump body gets in the way, use short 6mm coach screws and a small socket or spanner. Note it does not come with a plug and the cable is very short so you may need to extend it. Bought a second pump which has a faulty pressure switch. Vendor has immediately responded and is sending a replacement so well done for that.

Ich benötige diese, um durcklos aus einem Whirlpool Wasser zu und durch einen Aussen-Gasboiler zu leiten, um den Whirlpool auf Temperatur zu bringen. Dazu ist diese Pumpe hier von Durchsatz und Leistung her bestens geeignet. Nicht ganz leise, aber auch nicht unaufdringlich laut verrichtet das Maschinchen sauber seinen Dienst. Verarbeitung und Material scheinen mir recht ordentlich, allein die Stärke des Zuleitungskabels kommt mir für 220 Volt im Drahtduchmesser etwas sparsam vor - reicht aber, wenn man Aderendhülsen aufquetscht. Pumpenlestung ist für meinen genannten Zweck ein Volltreffer, passt perfekt. Nach einer halben Stunde Betrieb wird der Motorkorpus allerdings spürbar warm - ich hoffe, nicht zu warm, um einen Dauerbetrieb von zwei Stunden wegzustecken. Bisher bin ich aber sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät
