Fit perfectly no leaks sounds great and looks good!!! would recommend to anyone looking to change their exhaust manifold!!!

First off these headers are very good, but are not for inexperienced people. I have a 2003 dodge ram 1500 slt crew cab 2wd 5.7l hemi. Like i said they work really well but there are some things that need to be done. The passenger side motor mount has to be trimmed at the top so that the header can fit and for the driver side i had to remove the starter to tighten up the bottom two bolts on the rear of the header. They worked well i used all the included hardware and the included gaskets. I had no leaks and everything worked well.

Took a while to get the headers, I was also very impatient because I just bought the truck. But the quality and the finish was worth the wait. Value for the money is well worth it. They are being installed as I type and I will post another review when they’re on the road.

Installed on a 2006 dodge 1500 mega cab 4x4 (same as 2500). The driver side went super smooth and easy. Didn't need to drop the steering or oil dipstick. The passenger side was a chore. Had to cut my down pipe before the cat to provide access to get the header in. Two of the bolts are near impossible to get in (be patient). The header does hit a raised area on the frame. It is only on one tube. Ball peen hammer to the touching tube gained clearance. There were no instructions or torque specs. You will need to make stud extensions or strap up the heater lines and wiring harness. Make sure nothing gets near the headers. Take your time on the install.

I have a 2003 Dodge ram 2500 4x4 5.7L the passenger side header is not direct bolt on you need to trim the motor mount for correct fitment. These headers are not 100% bolt on. Needs proper fabrication to work but headers definitely work well
